Project Management Schools

The duties of a project manager in almost any field could be listed as being responsible for management of all aspects of production from project inception through completion, including input and approval meetings with client, supervision of creative and proposal development, budgeting, identification and coordination of materials and production personnel, scheduling, logistical planning, quality assurance, and administrative support. Project managers define business requirements, and create budgets and schedules for an organization’s information technology projects.
